Compensation:

$100,000+ commission-based

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure successful transactions.
  • Conduct open houses to connect with potential clients and familiarize them with the local real estate market.
  • Identify prospective homebuyers and provide them with information on properties that align with their requirements and budget.
  • Convert potential homebuyers into qualified leads through consistent follow-ups and effective communication, integrating them into the sales pipeline.
  • Draft representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Engage and cultivate new contacts, transforming them into buyer clients.
  • Guide clients through the purchasing process to identify the best property suited to their needs.
  • Inform clients about relevant market developments, neighborhoods, financing options, and essential information to aid their decision-making in the dynamic real estate environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance market share and foster a positive team reputation.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate background.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and prevailing trends.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license and capability to travel by car.
  • Active Virginia real estate license.
  • A strong desire and work ethic to build a professional reputation and personal wealth.
  • Previous sales or consulting experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking capabilities.
  • A client-first approach with a service-oriented mindset.
