Compensation:

Commission-based earnings exceeding $100,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure successful transactions
  • Conduct open houses to connect with potential clients and familiarize them with the local real estate landscape
  • Identify prospective homebuyers and provide them with information on properties that align with their requirements and budget
  • Convert interested homebuyers into qualified leads through consistent follow-up and effective communication, integrating them into the sales pipeline
  • Draft representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing documents, deeds, and leases to facilitate seamless transactions
  • Engage, nurture, and convert new contacts into buyer clients
  • Guide clients through the purchasing process to identify the best property suited to their needs
  • Inform clients about relevant market trends, neighborhoods, financing options, and essential information to aid their decision-making in the dynamic real estate market
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance market presence and foster a positive team reputation
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate background
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and prevailing trends
  • Proven track record of success in real estate
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license and capability to travel by car
  • Active Virginia real estate license
  • A strong desire and work ethic to develop your professional reputation and personal wealth
  • Previous sales or consulting experience is advantageous
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong networking capabilities
  • Client-focused attitude with a service-oriented mindset
