Job Overview

Position Summary:
Crush Real Estate Group, a prominent real estate team in Richmond, is in search of a dedicated and licensed Real Estate Sales Associate to become part of our dynamic team on a full-time, commission-based structure.

In this role, you will take charge of facilitating the purchase and sale of residential properties within the local market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new clients through various lead generation strategies, including networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Inform clients about current market trends, pricing strategies, and the processes involved in buying and selling homes.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to remain updated on real estate trends and property valuations.
  • Showcase properties to prospective buyers and assist in negotiations to achieve successful transactions.
  • List and promote properties for sale, coordinating professional photography, creating marketing materials, and hosting open houses.
  • Maintain consistent communication and provide updates to clients throughout the buying and selling journey.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about industry developments and best practices.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and industry professionals to ensure seamless and successful transactions for clients.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of an active real estate license in the state of Virginia.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of current real estate regulations, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in technology and industry-specific software.
  • Availability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
