Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and professional Associate Broker in Real Estate to elevate our brokerage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting new agents, developing training resources for high-performing real estate professionals, and overseeing operational processes to drive company success.

Compensation:

$25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement training programs for new real estate agents to ensure they meet our performance standards.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies aimed at retaining top-performing agents.
  • Expand our brokerage by identifying and hiring talented realtors who will enhance our team.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and state and national Fair Housing and real estate regulations.
  • Assist agents with marketing initiatives and support the brokerage's online and social media presence to boost sales.
Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate sector and familiarity with Fair Housing and real estate laws.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proven management and leadership skills to effectively guide a team of high-achieving real estate agents.
  • A minimum of 3 years of active experience as a licensed real estate agent.
  • A Broker's license is required; however, training and certification can be provided in-house for those without a license.
