We are looking for a highly organized and motivated National Sales Coordinator to join our team at Mix Outdoor in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client communications, and coordinating advertising campaigns across the country.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations to support the sales team.
  2. Assist with lead generation, client outreach, and maintaining client relationships.
  3. Coordinate and track advertising campaigns to ensure successful execution and delivery.
  4. Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign details.
  5. Maintain and organize sales records, reports, and databases.
  6. Monitor RFPs and ensure timely responses.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
  8. Support the development of sales materials and marketing collateral.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or a similar role, preferably in advertising or media.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and project management platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a startup environment.
