Rapid Growth Opportunity for Experienced Sales Professional

The Pack Labs is a rapidly expanding company in the hemp-derived cannabinoid industry, with a focus on building exceptional brands that inspire trust, loyalty, and long-term success.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Growth to join our team, someone who has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling sales operations in a fast-growing company.

This is a remote role with occasional travel to Los Angeles, CA, and key markets as needed. We offer a competitive base salary of $120,000 - $150,000, with an OTE (on-target earnings) of $220,000 - $250,000, a performance-based bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with The Pack Labs' growth objectives, balancing immediate priorities with long-term scalability.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team, focusing on recruiting top talent, providing ongoing training, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Represent The Pack Labs at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to strengthen partnerships and expand the company's footprint.
