About the Role

Mix Outdoor is a dynamic startup in the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising industry, specializing in creative advertising solutions. We are seeking an experienced National Sales Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting our sales efforts and ensuring seamless execution of advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Assist with lead generation, client outreach, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Coordinate and track advertising campaigns to ensure successful execution and delivery.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign details.
  • Maintain and organize sales records, reports, and databases.
  • Monitor RFPs (Request for Proposals) and ensure timely responses.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or a similar role, preferably in advertising or media.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and project management platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a startup environment.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 based upon experience.
