Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective training programs for sales crew
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Negotiate deals and ensure customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of sales experience with a minimum of 2 years leading sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary + commission
