Sales Team Lead

The successful candidate will oversee the expansion of our North American sales operations, utilizing their expertise in the US advertising market to drive growth. This includes:
- Fully understanding the U.S. advertising media market environment and having a solid grasp of the national media market.
- Overseeing the cooperation and maintenance of the company's advertising resources while driving the development of new resources.
- Developing departmental sales targets and assigning sales goals to account managers, while supervising media management activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- At least 3 years of sales experience, including 1+ years of experience managing sales teams.
- Basic understanding of internet media.
- Strong customer service mindset; broad interests and passion for the advertising industry, with knowledge of full-process advertising campaign planning.
- Excellent ability to capture client needs, strong organizational and coordination skills, project management expertise, and logical thinking.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proposal preparation experience.
- Outstanding time management and process control skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure; a strong team player.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
