Job Title: Office Assistant Manager

At Sunland Asphalt, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with human resources activities, such as hiring, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process accounts payable invoices, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and external partners to ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; industry-related experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record preferred.
