Job Title: Dental Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Oversee scheduling, patient appointments, and treatment coordination, maintaining accurate records and meeting regulatory standards.
  • Ensure the office complies with all safety and regulatory standards, promoting a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise office staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and marketing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff, promoting growth and development.
  • Develop staff schedules and manage time-off requests, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing disruptions.
Patient Satisfaction:
  • Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience, and presenting treatment plans and selling cases effectively.
  • Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA standards and best practices.
Financial Management:
  • Oversee billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets and expenditures, implementing cost-saving measures without compromising patient care.
Marketing and Growth:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients, maintaining a strong online presence and responding to online reviews.
  • Coordinate community outreach and patient referral programs, promoting the practice and building relationships with local healthcare providers.
