- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the physical security industry
- Strong understanding of physical security products and solutions, as well as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
