The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer experience through our online channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retailer-specific initiatives to drive traffic, conversion, and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Partner with sales and e-business teams to manage new item set-up projects and ensure accurate product representation
  • Analyze competitive data to provide SKU optimization recommendations and support product line review presentations
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and IT teams to ensure timely delivery of digital experiences
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technology
  • 3+ years of experience in online/retail merchandising, digital marketing, or e-commerce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to synthesize multiple sources of input
