E-Commerce Shopper

Heinen's is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused E-Commerce Shopper to join our team. As a Personal Shopper and Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for selecting items and assembling online orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and assemble online orders with attention to detail and quality control.
• Interface with customers via phone and in-person to ensure accuracy of all online orders.
• Collaborate with other E-Commerce Clerks to ensure completion of daily orders.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Develop expertise in software applications to maximize pick and pack efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
