Associate E-Commerce Quality Specialist

At Compass Health Brands, we strive to improve lives by delivering exceptional products and services. As an Associate E-Commerce Quality Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products by analyzing customer feedback and identifying trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize product reviews, customer questions, and feedback from various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and our own websites.
- Coordinate product compliance inquiries for Amazon US and Amazon Canada, including data entry and collaboration with regulatory teams.
- Track data and identify patterns in customer feedback, recommending product improvements to the Quality Compliance Team.
- Escalate reviews containing complaints about product performance to the Regulatory Department.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings and recommendations for product improvement.
- Review complaint data and identify recoverable part costs.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer review systems.
