Job Summary

The Business Development Manager - Corporate Partnerships position at Twin Cities Jesuit High is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with corporate organizations. This role requires a strong understanding of business development principles, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Lead the development and implementation of strategies to increase revenue from corporate partnerships, with a focus on generating a minimum of 33% to 50% of the school's annual operating revenue.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key corporate decision-makers to secure new partnerships and expand existing ones.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote the school's corporate partnership program, including the creation of marketing materials and the planning of recruitment and appreciation events.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with corporate partners, including regular communication, issue resolution, and the provision of value-added services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales and partnership data, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Vice President of Corporate Work Study Partnerships, the Jobs Committee, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to business development and partnership management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on corporate partnerships.
  • Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales and marketing tools.
