  • Develop and implement recruitment and selection strategies to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure accurate job descriptions and hiring requirements
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Manage the recruitment process, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  • Act as the primary contact for applicant inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, employees, and external partners

Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field

  • Three years of computer experience in using HR Management Software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment
  • Ability to prepare and maintain confidential, technical, and statistical records and reports
