Job Summary

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Samhealth Test account, you will serve as a strategic advisor to executives, managers, and employees, providing guidance on human resources strategies and solutions that align with organizational goals. You will act as a liaison between departments and corporate human resources, representing the needs of business units in the design of human resource programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultative guidance and coaching to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
  • Take a lead role in complex investigations and provide expert advice on human resources policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to provide excellent service to customers and support the development of human resources strategies and solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Two years of progressively responsible Human Resources department experience, including one year of exempt-level work, required.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification required.
  • Labor relations experience preferred.

  • Conflict resolution - Ability to proactively resolve conflicts in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Problem Solving - Ability to identify complex problems, analyze related information, employ creativity and alternative thinking to develop and evaluate options, build consensus and implement effective solutions.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role are moderate, requiring occasional lifting, bending, and standing. The role also requires frequent use of manual dexterity, finger dexterity, and grasping.
