Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise employees to ensure they are performing all job duties as implemented by management.
  • Coach employees by providing constructive feedback to help them perform certain tasks.
  • Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for guests by greeting them and addressing their inquiries and complaints.
  • Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards and maintain proper cash levels.
  • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
  • Execute all guest service programs and processes 24/7.
  • Responsible for all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
  • Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.

Requirements:
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be efficient and organized.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for the position.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area.
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 pounds during a shift.
  • Work in intermittent temperatures.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
