About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Director of Product Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for our SaaS products and driving business growth through effective product marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing product marketing team to drive success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, customer success, and brand, to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Create and manage go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates.
- Lead the development of sales enablement materials, including product collateral, case studies, white papers, and presentations.
- Drive demand generation campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure product adoption and customer acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven experience in tech or SaaS product marketing, or a strong understanding of financial services products and services.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling SaaS or tech products.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in the firm.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
