Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process work orders and components for assembly and testing.
  • Coordinate work orders based on customer schedules.
  • Utilize various tools, presses, and testing equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints and written instructions while applying diverse procedures.
  • Ensure product quality and adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Engage in the quality management system and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide training to fellow employees in assembly and testing techniques as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Stand for extended periods and work mandatory overtime when required.
  • Demonstrate basic computer, mathematical, and industrial skills.
  • Exhibit mechanical aptitude and the ability to perceive near, distance, and color.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues while offering effective solutions.
  • Work accurately and thoroughly while communicating effectively with team members.
  • Adapt to changes in the workplace and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
