Job Overview

Position Title: Production Assembly Specialist (Day Shift)

As a Production Assembly Specialist, you will be integral to the assembly line, focusing on the construction of various server models. Candidates must possess a high level of attention to detail and maintain a steady pace to ensure production efficiency. Each assembly station is designed to operate within a specific time frame, and any delays can impact the overall workflow.

The assembly line consists of multiple stations, each equipped with necessary tools and technology. You will receive training across all stations and should be adaptable to work wherever needed. Each station is outfitted with a parts rack, scanning equipment, and dual computer monitors—one for visual assembly instructions and the other for tracking component integration.

While most components are lightweight, some server units may exceed 50-60 lbs. Team lifting is required for any items over this weight. Candidates should be prepared to stand for extended periods throughout their shift.

Shift Details: Day Shift (with optional overtime)

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
