Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support for highly automated pharmaceutical compounding, filling, and packaging operations.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues efficiently.
  • Collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams to enhance operational processes.
  • Engaging with equipment vendors to become the on-site authority on process machinery.
  • Creating and maintaining engineering documentation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in engineering, controls, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with high-speed packaging machinery.
  • Hands-on experience with automated systems, particularly in troubleshooting and process enhancement.
  • Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and variable speed drives.
  • Robotics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Technical training or certification is preferred, though relevant work experience will be considered.
Work Environment

The role will involve working in a warehouse setting, which may include exposure to varying temperatures and strong odors. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding environment, requiring prolonged standing, walking, and the ability to perform various physical tasks.
