Regional Manager - Commercial

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager - Commercial to join our Commercial team at Liberis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our growth and profitability goals in the region.

About the Role

This is a high-impact role that requires a commercial leader who can navigate complex business environments and drive results. You will be responsible for owning the P&L and commercial strategy for the region, ensuring that our growth and profitability goals are met. You will also be responsible for developing a deep understanding of SMEs' needs and the product and proposition required to best serve them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the P&L and commercial strategy for the region
  • Develop a deep understanding of SMEs' needs and the product and proposition required to best serve them
  • Create and own the regional commercial revenue budget
  • Track performance against goals and communicate results to the commercial team and wider Liberis business
  • Directly manage the regional sales team and build a culture of high performance
  • Coordinate and influence the broader teams responsible for delivering commercial results
  • Take the lead on building the local company culture and champion Liberis externally in the region
Requirements

We are looking for a commercial leader with a proven track record of scaling a scale-up and/or building a new product. You should have a good proportion of experience in a leadership position, preferably in the tech or fintech industry. You should also have a positive track record of optimising revenue streams, leading projects, hitting commercial goals, and succeeding in a team environment.

You should be accountable, able to navigate around a P&L, and have the financial literacy to set financial budgets and plans. You should also be able to create a high-trust environment and help individuals grow. You should be relentless and humble, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to identify trends and insights.

You should be excited to solve problems in innovative ways and be comfortable operating at 10,000 feet and 1 foot. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
