Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement budget plans for the assigned portfolio of properties
- Analyze financial statements and identify areas for improvement

- Ensure that the portfolio and individual communities meet the established operational, financial, and business performance goals
- Provide leadership to the team of community managers, including interviewing, hiring, and training team members
- Promote client satisfaction and retention through timely reporting and ongoing communication
- Review and analyze market data to identify emerging trends and develop market plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- High school diploma required, college degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred
- First-hand experience in multi-site property management and residential property operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of community managers
- Ability to work in an office environment and frequently travel to properties and attend business meetings
