Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building and managing teams, providing leadership to operations managers, and driving revenue growth in your region.
  • Implement and master high-level strategic analysis and execution of systems to achieve same office sales growth.
  • Develop and conduct effective regional trainings and meetings through the development and execution of outstanding group presentation skills.
  • Identify future PDS locations based on geography and opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical, or other related industries.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgment in making decisions, and make decisions under pressure.
