CourseAssist, a premier AI-driven educational technology firm, is on the lookout for a seasoned Director of Enterprise Sales and Partnerships to spearhead our expansion within the higher education sector. This pivotal role is essential for promoting our cutting-edge AI tutoring solution to universities nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue objectives for CourseAssist's AI-enhanced tutoring platform.
- Establish and nurture relationships with influential stakeholders in university procurement divisions.
- Oversee intricate sales processes from initial outreach to final contract execution.
- Collaborate closely with our product development team to enhance our value proposition tailored for the higher education landscape.
- Deliver market analysis and competitive insights to guide product innovation and market entry strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in selling EdTech SaaS solutions to U.S. universities.
- A proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Established connections with procurement teams in higher education institutions.
- A strong grasp of the university sales cycle and procurement protocols.
- Familiarity with generative AI and its educational applications, especially in personalized tutoring.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and their integration with educational technology solutions.
- Understanding of FERPA and other pertinent regulations in the higher education sector.
