Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue objectives for CourseAssist's AI-enhanced tutoring platform.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with influential stakeholders in university procurement divisions.
  • Oversee intricate sales processes from initial outreach to final contract execution.
  • Collaborate closely with our product development team to enhance our value proposition tailored for the higher education landscape.
  • Deliver market analysis and competitive insights to guide product innovation and market entry strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in selling EdTech SaaS solutions to U.S. universities.
  • A proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Established connections with procurement teams in higher education institutions.
  • A strong grasp of the university sales cycle and procurement protocols.
  • Familiarity with generative AI and its educational applications, especially in personalized tutoring.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and their integration with educational technology solutions.
  • Understanding of FERPA and other pertinent regulations in the higher education sector.
