Account Development Manager

Job DescriptionAs an Account Development Manager, you will work closely with our inside sales team to service customers and achieve sales goals. You will be responsible for meeting with engineers, maintenance, purchasing, and other stakeholders to determine customer needs, developing and retaining existing customers, and conducting sales and service activities.
Responsibilities and Expectations* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers* Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them* Collaborate with the inside sales team to provide exceptional customer service* Achieve sales goals and objectives through effective communication and relationship-building skills
Requirements and Qualifications* Minimum 2 years outside industrial sales experience with a tangible product or 2 years of customer service/inside sales experience* Proven experience and success in developing new business, building current business, and managing a sales territory* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, mechanical aptitude, and a sense of urgency* High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and satisfactory driving record (MVR)
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $65,000 to $95,000 annually, along with benefits and a 401(k) plan. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
