Job Summary
Mohawk Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to lead our team's efforts in developing and maintaining customer insurance and risk management needs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for marketing and account management, as well as coordinating renewal marketing processes and preparing account specifications.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of renewal marketing, including program structure review and analysis, policy conditions negotiation, and account specifications preparation.
- Lead the preparation of invoices, coordination of COIs & EOIs, and development of new coverages to expand existing accounts.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely issuance of policies and maintenance of high-quality service standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in insurance sales or management.
- Proven track record of success in account management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office and agency management systems.

Compensation Package: Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
