Senior Oncology Account Manager

As a Senior Oncology Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue within our assigned territory. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical oncologists, pathologists, surgical oncologists and gynecologic oncologists. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in tumor profiling, oncology practices and pathology practices to identify new business opportunities and drive growth within our assigned territory. You will also be responsible for mentoring the Account Managers within the territory, developing strategic sales plans and providing project management support. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of the healthcare payer environment and its impact on physicians and ancillary providers. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
