Job Description:

The Affinity Group seeks a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing customized sales strategies for assigned operator accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop a portfolio of priority and assigned accounts through in-person field and sales calls.
  • Stay up-to-date on operators within their account segment and serve as a resource and solution provider for customers.
  • Foster continuous development and growth of priority operator accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales force to discuss go-to-market strategies, competitive reconnaissance, successes, and challenges.
  • Understand each customer's menu rotations, population trends, desired cost structure, opportunities for penetration or conversion, and multiple uses for products.
  • Utilize the CRM system to report on sales call activity, updates, and follow-ups, as well as manage customer profiles.

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to execute and follow through on a sales plan

  • Works well with teams and has strong motivational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment:

This position requires flexible work hours, including some weekends, and may involve 10-20% overnight travel within the territory. The work environment is an office or warehouse setting.
