Job Overview

Fire Equipment Inc. is a leading provider of life safety solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of our customer service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles in our CRM system.
  • Review customer agreements for accuracy and collaborate with the sales team as needed.
  • Release work orders and process customer renewals in a timely manner.
  • Update customer profiles with upsells and equipment changes.
  • Process billing for preventive maintenance work orders and assist with collections as needed.
  • Run inspection reports for technicians, customers, or internal business partners as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and adapt to technological advancements.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software and proficiency in utilizing it for customer tracking and management.
