Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused Patient Service Representative to join our medical practice at Retina Consultants of Minnesota. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets patients upon arrival, signs them in, and obtains necessary information
  • Verifies patient information and ensures accuracy
  • Provides patients with intake and new patient forms, as well as office policies and required documents
  • Processes payments and schedules appointments
  • Maintains patient records and files in our Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Communicates with patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and schedule testing
Requirements
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Previous administrative or front desk experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to work long hours in a stressful environment
