Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Check patients in and out, manage appointment scheduling, and conduct patient experience surveys to inform service improvements.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Provide support to incoming callers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a clinic setting.
- Background or education in STI testing and risk reduction is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A competitive hourly rate of $19.00.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including paid sick time, personal time, and holidays.
