About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced On Premise Sales Representative to join our team in the Boston Metro area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective sales strategies, strong relationship building, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cover daily routes by creating efficient routing patterns, ensuring timely visits to all accounts.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the account base by visiting each location, identifying opportunities, and completing necessary surveys to ensure national account compliance.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by maintaining market knowledge, understanding primary competition, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and trade partners.
  • Maximize brand visibility within accounts by implementing on-premise core SKU/brand in field.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations to customers, balancing company priorities and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with management to maintain inventory levels, alerting them to potential fluctuations in demand.
  • Achieve performance goals by meeting distribution, volume, and activity targets set by management.
  • Ensure maximum brand visibility by maintaining account standards and utilizing current point-of-sale materials.
  • Educate account staff on priority brands through educational seminars.
  • Build professional relationships with suppliers through sales calls and sales blitzes.
  • Stay informed about company and supplier activities by attending weekly sales meetings.
