Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Device Territory Manager to join our team at Top Tier Reps LLC. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled sales professional to maximize their earning potential while building strong relationships with medical professionals.

Salary: Commission-based with a performance bonus, estimated to be around $80,000-$120,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Cold call and visit prospects on location to promote our medical devices.
  • Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators to discuss product benefits.
  • Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory to ensure seamless customer service.
  • B-build relationships with hospital staff to establish trust and credibility.
  • Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices and provide product demonstrations and support.
  • Place replenishment orders at existing accounts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maximize profits by upselling and cross-selling additional products to meet customer needs.
  • Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Analyze and present field sales data to inform strategy planning and implementation.
