Position Overview:
FedSync is seeking multiple qualified General Clerks/Secretaries at varying levels - General Clerk II and General Clerk III - to deliver essential office services. The ideal candidate will maintain a close and responsive relationship with supervisors and staff, working independently with minimal supervision while executing various clerical and secretarial tasks that require familiarity with office routines and an understanding of organizational programs and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Telephone Management: Handling incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
  2. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and managing schedules for staff and visitors.
  3. Visitor Coordination: Assisting and managing visitor inquiries and needs.
  4. Meeting Coordination: Organizing meetings, telecommunication services, and scheduling conference rooms.
  5. Information Dissemination: Distributing information effectively within the organization.
  6. Supply Management: Ordering and managing office supplies.
  7. Document Services: Handling copying, faxing, graphics requests, and photo services.
  8. Records Management: Maintaining organized records and documentation.
  9. Data Management: Performing desktop processing and tracking correspondence.
  10. Travel Coordination: Arranging travel logistics for staff.
  11. Time and Labor Management: Collecting and managing time and labor data.
  12. Property Coordination: Managing office property and equipment.
  13. Move Coordination: Assisting with office relocations.
  14. Training Coordination: Organizing training sessions and materials.
  15. Information Services Coordination: Overseeing information services within the office.
  16. Special Events Coordination: Planning and coordinating special events.
Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma required.

Experience:
  • General Clerk II: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant office experience or equivalent.
  • General Clerk III: Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant office experience.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing 20 pounds or more.
  • Experience with NASA or related contracts is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Must pass criminal and drug screening regularly.
