We are seeking qualified candidates for the roles of General Clerk II and General Clerk III to provide essential office support services. The ideal candidates will maintain a close and responsive relationship with supervisors and staff, operate with a degree of independence, and perform various clerical and administrative tasks that require familiarity with office procedures and an understanding of the organization’s programs and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage telephone communications
  2. Coordinate appointments and schedules
  3. Facilitate visitor services
  4. Organize meetings, telecommunication services, and conference room scheduling
  5. Disseminate information effectively
  6. Order office supplies
  7. Handle copying, faxing, graphics requests, and photo services
  8. Oversee records management
  9. Provide data management services including:
    1. Desktop processing
    2. Tracking correspondence
  10. Coordinate travel arrangements
  11. Collect time and labor data
  12. Manage property coordination
  13. Facilitate move coordination
  14. Organize training sessions
  15. Coordinate information services
  16. Plan special events

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

General Clerk II: 1-2 years of relevant office experience or equivalent.

General Clerk III: 2-4 years of relevant office experience.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing over 20 pounds
  • Experience with NASA or related contracts is preferred, along with an active NASA badge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must pass criminal background and drug tests regularly
