Account Executive for Enterprise Solutions

**Role Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team and develop, manage, and grow relationships with Github's new and existing customer base of businesses.
This role will play a crucial part in the acquisition of new customers as well as retention of existing customers, including overall satisfaction and trust of our customers, as well as expanding our product footprint with these customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed quota
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that fit their business requirements
- Work closely with the Solutions Engineering team to ensure technical accuracy and delivery to customers
- Utilize Github tools and technology to manage customer information and forecast data
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure timely deal closure
- Stay up-to-date on customer usage and preferences to provide exceptional support and advocacy
**Requirements**
- 3+ years experience in sales, business development, account management, or other sales roles
- 1+ years experience selling into technical buyers such as engineering, product, information technology, security, or other technical organizations
- 1+ year experience in using various prospecting techniques and tools to identify net-new opportunities
**Salary Range**: $63,400 - $91,800 per year
