Job Overview

Infinity is seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Management Manager to join our team. As a strategic partner, you will drive employee engagement, manage HCM operations, and support the unique needs of our fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and supervise the full-cycle recruiting process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage HCM metrics and reporting, using data to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Human Capital Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR/HCM experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR/HCM practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
