Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Beacon Capital Management, Inc. in Franklin, TN.
Job Summary:The Client Services Administrator will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, supporting the Financial Advisor(s) in onboarding new clients, and servicing the existing client base. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist the Financial Advisor(s) in onboarding new clients, including preparing client review summaries and updating client account information.
- Manage client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare client appointment materials, including client account summaries and other relevant documents.
- Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings.
- Work independently with Financial Advisor(s) and collaborate with other team members as needed.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Financial industry experience required.
- 2+ years working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment preferred.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- CRM experience.
- Competitive salary range: $50,000-$55,000.

- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.
