Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
  • Administer and track performance and attendance discipline
  • Complete I-9 forms and maintain I-9 files
  • Assist with employee letters and recruitment process
  • Schedule meetings and interviews
  • Orientate new employees to the organization
  • Maintain documentation in the quality management system
  • Update HRIS database records and process paperwork
  • Create new employee personnel files
  • Be visible and present on the operations floor
  • Communicate through the company internal communication channel
  • Assist with tracking and administering recognition programs
  • Recommend possible actions to improve key processes within HR
  • Ensure full Labor Law and Wage & Hour compliance
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Positive and personable demeanor
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Experience in HRIS System (Oracle) strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft office programs
