Salary:

Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility required based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks to support office operations
  • Maintain organized client files for construction projects
  • Manage invoicing processes and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Support payroll processing on a weekly basis
  • Generate and maintain reports using MS Office, construction management software, and Google Docs
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • File and submit daily work tickets; provide assistance to Project Managers

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles
  • Preferred background in the construction industry (2+ years)
  • Familiarity with Timberline software is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Compliance with company screening processes
  • Valid driver's license is necessary

  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and auditory
