Compensation: The hourly wage for this role ranges from $20 to $23, with additional benefits upon permanent hire.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years experience in billing and invoicing.
  • Proficient in accounting practices, including chargebacks.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service for at least two years.
  • Familiarity with ERP/billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.

Work Schedule:

Shift: First
Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process chargebacks efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and financial management for clients.
  • Assist in cash applications and collections on behalf of clients.
  • Provide aging reports as requested by customers.
  • Review and validate credit management reports.
  • Confirm contract pricing and update units of measure as necessary.
  • Maintain records of routine accounting transactions.
  • Keep CRM documentation current regarding customer accounts.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective order processing and conflict resolution.

Essential Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience in Contract Administration and Review.
  • Understanding of Chargebacks/RMA processes.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic software applications and Excel.
  • Operational knowledge in Accounts Receivable and Collections.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Credit Management.

Experience Level: Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
