Job Responsibilities

The Billing Administrator is responsible for completing daily billing for multiple service departments, partnering with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction through account updates.

  • Communicate daily with Billing Administrators to divide workload and complete necessary billing.
  • Communicate with CSC service leadership about work orders that could not be invoiced and root cause.
  • Participate in Kaizen events to increase efficiency and improve customer experience.
  • Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies, and value of 'Doing the Right Thing'; promote the TLM 'Toyota Lean Management' philosophy.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, two or more years of customer service or administrative experience, and display proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.

The Billing Administrator should be detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
