We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Swell Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in scaling our operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our mental health services.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client operations, therapist operations, and general operations. This includes creating and tracking client surveys, submitting insurance billing, and maintaining SOP documentation. You will also support hackathons and other integrations within the local startup community, ensure regulatory compliance, and report on progress and issues proactively.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, detail-oriented, and has aspirations of moving into an operations leadership role. You will have access to regular mentorship from high-performing leaders and hands-on experience with scaling operations.

What You'll Do Here

This role will wear many hats, and the ideal candidate can create structure around these responsibilities and a daily schedule that is sustainable as we scale. You will have the flexibility to work remotely for 12 days per week after the initial onboarding period.
