Operations Coordinator

At ISCO Industries, Inc., we value our team members and provide opportunities for growth and development. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Safety and Security in managing daily administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage data entry and supervise administrative tasks, including providing technical and administrative support.
- Coordinate, schedule, and monitor inspections, as well as organize and track training sessions and certifications.
- Compile data for daily, weekly, and monthly scoreboard reports, and conduct general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, faxing, copying, and other clerical functions as needed.
- Monitor operations metrics and maintain accurate databases, and assist with organizing team meetings, coordinating schedules, and maintaining meticulous records.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to enhance efficiency, and draft documents, memos, and emails when necessary.
- Create presentations and other documents needed for operational activities, and explore new technologies and methods applicable to operations.
- Ensure that documentation is current, accurate, and adheres to company standards, and update and keep operational systems and records well organized.
Planning/Organizing: Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines, and planning activities to align with organizational objectives.
Base Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum required education of a high school diploma.
- At least two years' experience in an operations role.
- Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word, and general computer usage.
- Effective team collaboration skills, and ability to follow both written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Strong communication abilities in both writing and speech, and high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced setting, and knowledge of computer technology, software applications, and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adhere to deadlines, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, and self-motivated and capable of operating independently with minimal oversight.
