Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

Become a vital part of our team as a Customer Support Specialist at Furniture Mart USA. Your role will significantly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.   • Full-Time Position (40 hours/week): Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
    • Occasional Saturdays required
  • Competitive Compensation: $18/hour
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries
  • Procure parts for customers, retail locations, and storage facilities
  • Coordinate sales orders, exchanges, credit memos, and in-home service appointments
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers
  • Handle cancellations and reschedule deliveries
  • Contact customers to arrange furniture delivery
