POSITION SUMMARY:
Become a vital part of our team as a Customer Support Specialist at Furniture Mart USA. Your role will significantly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction. This rewarding position allows you to leverage your outstanding customer service abilities while being part of a supportive and friendly work environment.
- Full-Time Position (40 hours/week): Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays required
- Competitive Compensation: $18/hour
- Manage incoming customer inquiries
- Procure parts for customers, retail locations, and storage facilities
- Coordinate sales orders, exchanges, credit memos, and in-home service appointments
- Conduct follow-ups with customers
- Handle cancellations and reschedule deliveries
- Contact customers to arrange furniture delivery
