Role Summary:

As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our organization, representing Aire Serv during support interactions. Your duties will encompass managing service requests, addressing customer concerns, and coordinating appointments. By embodying our core values, you will demonstrate respect and courtesy to all clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound sales communications
  • Professionally and courteously handle incoming calls
  • Efficiently coordinate appointment scheduling
  • Distribute daily tasks and calls to team members
  • Engage in marketing and sales activities to drive additional business
  • Complete work orders, return customer inquiries, and address complaints
  • Organize office operations and procedures, including preparing and reviewing purchase orders
  • Perform additional duties as required, including cross-training in related roles
Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry capabilities
  • Positive demeanor
  • Team-oriented individual who can work independently
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Typing skills are advantageous
