Job Description

The GOAL Family of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, using problem-solving skills and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including data security and confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
